Service availability and quota
Pixbun is provided on an as-available basis without an account or payment requirement. The current daily quota is a product limit, not a guaranteed entitlement, and may change as provider capacity and cost change.
Personal quota uses UTC calendar days. When quota is exhausted, the current session response supplies the next UTC reset instant for a local-time explanation and one page-local status refresh; the server still decides whether a later generation is admitted.
Image generation depends on BytePlus ModelArk and local image storage and may fail, slow down, or become temporarily unavailable. Pixbun may reject abusive traffic, requests that threaten service reliability, new provider calls after an operator-configured UTC daily capacity ceiling is reached, or generation while required storage is unavailable. Capacity and storage rejections do not consume additional personal quota. If the provider reports that its own quota is exhausted, Pixbun stops the remaining slots in that active batch; the rejection adds no personal-quota charge, while any earlier successful slot keeps the session’s existing single charge.
You may cancel an active batch. Images completed before cancellation remain available, later slots are not started, and an already granted provider-capacity reservation is not returned. Personal quota is charged only if that session has already completed at least one image.
Your prompts and use of outputs
You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for checking that your use of generated outputs respects applicable law, privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, and contractual rights.
Do not use Pixbun to create or distribute illegal, harmful, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing content. AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other generated work; Pixbun does not guarantee uniqueness or fitness for a particular purpose.
Private and public generations
Generated images are private by default. Choosing Share asks for confirmation before making the image and its prompt publicly accessible and eligible for Explore, a public image page, and the sitemap. Cancelling that confirmation keeps the generation private.
Publish remaining uses one confirmation for the eligible private images in the current batch, then publishes them individually. Each confirmed image has its own public page and Unpublish control; there is no batch link. An unconfirmed request remains locally private and retryable because the server may have completed the request before the browser lost the response.
The originating browser can choose Unpublish while its private management capability remains in local History. Unpublish removes Pixbun’s public listings and page, but cannot recall URLs, screenshots, or copies already obtained by others and does not delete the stored image file.
Unpublish public uses one confirmation for every manageable public image in the current batch, then applies the same per-image operation sequentially. Confirmed images leave public surfaces; unconfirmed responses remain locally public for retry. Private, failed, and capability-lost public images are not changed.
History also offers Unpublish all public across the complete retained collection, independent of its current filter. It uses the same per-image operation sequentially only where this browser still holds creator capability. Confirmed images become private without deleting stored files or refunding quota; unconfirmed and capability-lost public records remain public and are not represented as successfully changed.
The originating browser can instead choose Delete permanently to remove Pixbun’s stored image and creation content. Deletion is irreversible, does not refund quota, retains a minimal slot tombstone, and cannot erase cached, downloaded, copied, or third-party versions.
History offers a separate Delete all from Pixbun action for the creations this browser can manage. It processes the current eligible History records individually; successful deletions disappear, while failed records remain available for another attempt. Clear from this browser does not perform server deletion.
Review prompts and images before sharing and do not publish confidential, personal, or third-party restricted material. History retains the newest 50 records. Before Generate, Re-run, or Retry can replace older records, Pixbun states how many are at risk and warns that Share, Unpublish, and Delete access may be lost unless you exported a backup first. The same capability warning applies before clearing a non-empty History. Replacing or clearing local History does not delete server files or recall public copies.
Changes and limitations
Pixbun may change features, quotas, supported styles, providers, or these terms as the service develops. Material product behavior should be reflected in the current Privacy and Terms pages.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pixbun is not responsible for indirect loss arising from unavailable service, a lost browser-local composer draft, lost browser-local History or backup files, provider failures, or decisions made from generated content.
